It is the responsibility of all parents and/or guardians to notify your Friends of Crown Heights Educational Center of any food allergy, disability or special dietary need your child may have. Where applicable, an appropriate medical statement signed by a recognized medical authority may be required and will be kept on file. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to notify our staff of any changes relating to the special dietary needs of your child. All parents are strongly encouraged to participate in any meetings or discussions regarding their children’s meal plan, and to maintain a healthy line of communication with the Center.
